Terms of Service
Last updated: March 29, 2026
These terms govern your use of Wardesk. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. We kept them short and readable on purpose.
Wardesk is operated by Wardesk OÜ, registered in the Republic of Estonia (EU).
The basics
Wardesk is a project management tool that helps you organize work across multiple projects. You must be at least 16 years old to use it. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
You can use Wardesk for free with up to 3 projects and 15 tasks per project. The Pro plan removes these limits and unlocks additional features. Pricing is listed on our website and may change with 30 days' notice.
Your data belongs to you
Everything you create in Wardesk — projects, tasks, notes, reviews — is yours. We do not claim ownership of your content. We store it to provide the service, and that's the extent of our rights over it.
You can export your data at any time. If you delete your account, we delete your data permanently within 30 days.
What you agree not to do
You agree not to use Wardesk to do anything illegal, to attempt to access other users' accounts or data, to interfere with or disrupt the service, to reverse-engineer the software, or to use automated tools to scrape data from Wardesk.
If we determine that your use violates these terms, we may suspend or terminate your account. We will try to give you notice first unless the situation requires immediate action.
Intellectual property
Wardesk, including its software, design, logo, and documentation, is the intellectual property of Wardesk OÜ. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for its intended purpose for as long as your account is active.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse-engineer any part of Wardesk. This license does not give you ownership of the software or any rights beyond what is described in these terms.
AI features
Wardesk includes AI-powered features (The General) that analyze your project data to provide advice and daily briefings. These features use Google Gemini to process your data. By using AI features, you acknowledge that your project data will be sent to Google's API for processing.
AI-generated advice is informational only. It is not professional, legal, or financial advice. You are responsible for any decisions you make based on AI suggestions.
Payment and billing
The Free plan costs nothing and has no time limit. The Pro plan is billed monthly or annually at the rates shown on our pricing page. All payments are processed securely through our payment provider.
If you cancel Pro, you keep access until the end of your billing period. After that, your account reverts to the Free plan. If you exceed Free plan limits at that point, your data is preserved but you won't be able to create new projects or tasks until you're within the limits.
EU withdrawal right: Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to withdraw from your Pro subscription within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, regardless of usage. To exercise this right, email us at [email protected]. After 14 days, we do not offer refunds for partially used billing periods.
Availability and reliability
We work hard to keep Wardesk available and reliable, but we cannot guarantee 100% uptime. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any data loss, downtime, or damages arising from your use of Wardesk, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
We perform regular backups and will make reasonable efforts to recover data in the event of an incident, but we encourage you to export important data periodically.
Changes to the service
We are actively building Wardesk and will continue adding features, fixing bugs, and occasionally removing things that aren't working. We may change the service at any time. If we make changes that significantly reduce the functionality you're paying for, we will give you at least 30 days' notice and offer a prorated refund if you choose to cancel.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If the changes are significant, we will notify you by email or through the app at least 14 days before they take effect. Continuing to use Wardesk after the changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
Termination
You can delete your account at any time through the app settings or by emailing us. Upon deletion, we will remove your data within 30 days as described in our Privacy Policy.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Where possible, we will give you 7 days' notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue before termination. In cases of serious or repeated violations, we may act immediately.
If your Pro subscription is terminated by us without cause, we will issue a prorated refund for the unused portion of your billing period.
General provisions
If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions continue in full effect.
These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Wardesk OÜ regarding your use of the service. They supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
Our failure to enforce any provision of these terms does not waive our right to enforce it in the future.
Events beyond our reasonable control — including natural disasters, war, pandemics, cyberattacks, or failures of third-party infrastructure — do not constitute a breach of these terms.
Governing law
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you retain the right to bring claims in the courts of your country of residence under applicable consumer protection laws. Nothing in these terms limits that right.
For all other matters, these terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia, and disputes will be resolved in the courts of Tallinn, Estonia.
